Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Flaggio — the app for assigning a country to every day of your year and sharing cards from it. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Flaggio.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16, or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, to use Flaggio. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything done through it.
Your data is yours
You own the content you create — your days, trips, goals, and residence history. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the service for you: to store your content, compute your statistics, and render the share images you ask for. You can export everything or delete your account at any time from Settings.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use Flaggio to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
- Don’t attempt to access other people’s data, disrupt the service, or probe it for vulnerabilities without permission.
- Don’t scrape, resell, or build a competing service from our content or APIs.
- Don’t impersonate others or upload content you don’t have the right to use.
The service
Flaggio’s core features are free. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses; nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Flaggio and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or put the service or other users at risk. If we terminate your account other than for cause, you’ll be able to export your data first where reasonably possible.
Changes to these terms
We’ll update the date above when these terms change and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Flaggio after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law & contact
Flaggio is operated by Rafael Broering de Souza, an individual established in Spain. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and you agree to the courts of Spain for any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
